Terms Of Service SecureNet

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Securenet (the “App”) provided by The Software Support LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use one copy of the App on your Apple-branded device for personal or internal business use.

3. App Store Compliance You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and The Software Support LLC only, not with Apple Inc. The App is made available via Apple’s App Store, and your use of the App must comply with Apple’s terms, guidelines, and policies. Apple is not responsible for our App, its content, or any disputes arising out of its use.

4. Account Registration 4.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding contracts. 4.2 Account Information: To access certain features, you may register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments 5.1 Plans & Fees: The App may offer paid subscription plans for VPN or premium antivirus features. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed in-app and processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. 5.2 Auto-Renewal: Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions automatically renew through Apple’s payment system. You may manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

6. Permitted Use & Restrictions 6.1 You agree to use the App only as intended and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 6.2 You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others.
  • Circumvent security features or use the App to distribute malicious content.

7. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in the App (including all intellectual property rights) are owned by The Software Support LLC or its licensors. The App is licensed, not sold.

8. Updates & Support We may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features to the App. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Support inquiries may be submitted via the in-app support form or to support@softwaresupport.com.

9. Privacy Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Please review it to understand our data collection and processing practices.

10. Disclaimers THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE SOFTWARE SUPPORT LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP.

12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold The Software Support LLC and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the App.

13. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease use and delete all copies of the App.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

15. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at our discretion. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
